Miss Emma
Emma is a powerhouse leader with over a decade of experience across early years education and high-end family environments. She has also led two leading early years settings in the borough, where she’s known for her strategic vision, calm authority, and outstanding relationships with both parents and next schools. Prior to this, she served as Head Teacher at another premium early years setting in West London. Emma joins Rocket as maternity cover for Miss Amber, bringing her blend of operational sharpness, educational depth, and warmth, making her an ideal fit for the team. We’re thrilled to welcome her onboard.

Miss Romaine
Miss Romaine is firmly a Rocket Pre-Preps favourite in Chelsea for both our parent and staff community. Romaine has taught across both Chelsea Pre-Prep and Kingsland for over 7 years and was also the Deputy Head Teacher and Safeguarding Lead at Kingsland. It wasn’t the cooler climes of the UK that made Miss Romaine jump ship from Australia to London, but her love of teaching in the Early years.Stepping into the Office Guru role Romaine’s educational knowledge means extra firepower for Archmore as she supports every parent during their journey at Archmore.

Miss Charly
Miss Charly is a truly experienced teacher who has taught across Paris and London for many years. She is now moving over from our sister school Kingsland Pre-Prep where she spent 4 fantastic years as a Deputy Head! Charly adds her Parisian sparkle to the class whilst always advocating for child centred learning and, she also has a passion for music and travelling. Miss Charly also helped develop Rocket Earth, our initiative to support communities in need both locally and internationally and to make high quality creative education accessible to all. Miss Charly is also part of our Rocket Earth initiative. She spent this summer in Thailand volunteering and building our long-term partnership with Baan Mai Khao School as part of our Rocket Earth initiative to enable access to high quality education.

Coach JJ
We first spotted JJ at our sister school Chelsea Pre-Prep where he used to come in as external football coach. That was nearly a decade ago and now he is fondly known as 'The Famous Coach JJ' as all children love him! His mission has always been to provide children with a positive introduction to sports in the hope that these healthy early habits and love for sports will encourage children to stay healthy and active throughout their lives. Mr JJ also oversees our P.E curriculum at our other sister school, Grand West, where he has spent the last 2 years as a Sports and P.E teacher. Seeing the incredible impact he has had on the children's development he decided to train as a SENDCO this year to continue to support children at individual levels.

Miss Amber
A former Team GB Gymnast, Miss Amber has an invaluable and unique skill set to her teaching and leadership. Miss Amber joined our sister school Grand West in 2020, right at the beginning. She then returned from her maternity leave to work alongside our Director of Education and supporting all Rocket Head Teachers. Her role has been invaluable in supporting the implementation of our Rocket Curriculum and overseeing our compliance and quality of Education. Miss Amber is now ready to put her own stamp as the inaugural Head of Archmore where she will continue to provide the Rocket excellence as she supports children to thrive and transition into their next schools. Miss Amber holds EYTS and a PGCE from UCL. Oh, and did we mention that she won Britain’s Got Talent?

Miss Tatiana
Miss Tatiana was a very easy yes! A highly regarded teacher in the area, who has been working with local independent nurseries for nearly a decade and, already a favourite amongst our parents. Miss Tatiana embodies all things ‘Rocket’ and has a passion for creating powerful learning experiences, both indoors and outdoors- a perfect fit for our outdoor space at Archmore!
Tatiana gained a Masters in Education Sciences with a specialisation in sciences and educational technologies in Moldova. She then completed a PGCE in Early Years in London where she obtained her EYTS postgraduate qualification. Miss Tatiana’s enriched experiences provide the perfect blend of both teacher and child-led learning.

Miss Maggie
Miss Maggie is a graduate with honours from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Miss Maggie holds a degree in Early Childhood Education as well as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). She has spent her career so far in private nursery settings and is passionate in nurturing young minds, where her love for art shines through in the classroom, a perfect fit for our 'Rocket' ethos! Miss Maggie believes in the power of creativity to inspire confidence and curiosity. Outside the classroom, she enjoys a mindful balance of Pilates and yoga.

Miss Chloe
Miss Chloe is a creative force with a passion for turning everyday spaces into something special! Whether she's crafting homemade candles, painting woodwork, or dreaming up new ways to showcase the classroom, Chloe loves to bring a spark of imagination to everything she does. Chloe holds a BA in Early Years Education and earned her Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) from the University of Greenwich. She's deeply passionate about nurturing strong, positive relationships and championing mental wellbeing – for both children and adults.
Outside the classroom, she’s always on the hunt for her next adventure – from tackling escape rooms to exploring exciting exhibitions with friends. Chloe has been involved in Early Years settings since she was just 15, and she’s been building her expertise ever since. She's constantly adding to her toolkit, recently earning a certification in Adverse Childhood Experiences to support her commitment to children's wellbeing.

Miss Saffron
Miss Saffron started ballet lessons in America when she was 18 months old and has loved ballet ever since, taking exams in both ISTD and RAD alongside tap and modern. She is also a seasoned performer, dancing in numerous ballet shows, West End shows and school productions. After her A levels, Miss Saffron was offered a place at the Royal Academy of Dance, but she chose to study Performing Arts for a year to develop her all-round performance skills. In 2021, Miss Saffron took up her place on the BA in Ballet Education degree course at the Royal Academy of Dance and graduated after her three years of study. Miss Saffron has taught ballet and Performing arts across London, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. She is excited to bring her passion for ballet and performing arts.

Miss Eva
Miss Eva is a warm, energetic, and caring teacher- being a mother herself she has a natural ability to connect with the youngest of children. Her passion for early years education led her to earn a degree in Early Childhood Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University, where she developed a strong foundation in child development and the importance of play-based learning. Eva’s creative and fun-loving nature, combined with her gentle and nurturing approach, creates a supportive and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and eager to learn.

Miss Lucy
Miss Lucy is a vibrant and passionate teaching assistant with a flair for creativity and kindness! With hands-on experiences as both a private nanny and an art teaching assistant in a Worcestershire school, she brings a perfect blend of compassion and creativity to every day. Miss Lucy holds a distinction in Children’s Emotional Health and has even mastered the art of potty training with specialist training under her belt!
She’s already oozing ‘rocket’ -creating a joyful, nurturing space where children feel safe, valued, and free to express their unique personalities. Her gentle, caring nature helps little ones thrive emotionally and socially, building confidence along the way.
When she’s not busy inspiring young minds, Miss Lucy loves getting creative with her own artwork, flowing through a Pilates session, or diving into a good documentary. And here’s a fun fact – one of her proudest moments was having her sculpture showcased at London’s prestigious Mall Galleries during the 2023 Rising Stars exhibition!

Miss Eve
Miss Eve has a Bachelor of Arts from UCA and is a true artist at heart! She has experience working across early years schools in London for the past 3 years, where she discovered her true passion to teach children!Eve is looking forward to bringing her creative spark and approach to Archmore. During her spare time Miss Eve loves learning about History and travelling which she uses as research and inspiration for her artistic work. Miss Eve will be our Achmore Teaching Assistant helping across all classes.

Miss Lauren
Miss Lauren returns to Rocket after a year of maternity. Lauren is one of the longest standing members of Rocket after a decade of being Deputy head and Safeguarding lead with Mr Stuart at both Kingsland & Chelsea Pre-Prep. Sharp, professional and committed to shape our practice, Miss Lauren holds a BA in Early Childhood and has trained as Designated Safeguarding Lead. Expect to see her often in the office, holding the fort if a Head is out of the office or walking around to support teachers develop and implement our curriculum and the Rocket Approach. Miss Lauren also supports our Deputy Heads overseeing Compliance (Safeguarding and Health and Safety) across all Pre-Preps.

Miss Amy
Amy leads Rocket’s finance and HR functions across all schools, ensuring systems run seamlessly while staying grounded in care and clarity. After years as the much-loved Office Guru at Chelsea Pre-Prep, she now supports the Rocket group overseeing Data protection and GDPR, invoicing, payroll, recruitment, and staff wellbeing. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and signature Scottish wit, Amy brings both structure and care to everything she does. She works closely with school offices and leadership teams to ensure Rocket’s operations remain consistent, people-focused, and always a step ahead.

Miss Andrea
Miss Andrea joined Rocket in 2018 after a decade in education, including being the inaugural Headteacher at two outstanding nurseries in Kensington and Fulham and teaching at independent Prep schools. Andrea holds QTS and is a specialist in the field of Early Years. As a mother of three, Andrea is also more than familiar with the 4+, 7/8+ and 11+ assessments and next schools dilemma. Miss Andrea spent five years as the Head at Chelsea Pre-Prep and is now the Executive Head at our four Rocket Pre-Preps and also supporting families as a true parenting expert. Miss Andrea is also our ECTs Mentor and Tutor.

Miss Michelle
Michelle took on the role of Managing Director of Rocket Productions UK in Summer 2025, becoming the key figure overseeing the heartbeat of all Rocket schools across the UK as we grow. With a background in Economics and international teaching experience in Dubai, Michelle’s journey with Rocket is nothing short of iconic. She was part of the founding team at Kingsland, helped pioneer the Office Guru role, and has led both Kingsland and Grand West Pre-Preps as Headteacher bringing clarity, flair, and unwavering excellence to everything she touches. Widely respected for her vision and calm leadership, Michelle works closely with Stuart and each school Office, overseeing day-to-day operations while upholding consistency and excellence across all Rocket Pre-Preps. Michelle supports each of our settings to thrive in the present while confidently shaping what’s next with a relentless commitment to every child’s flourishing and a culture of high expectations across the board.

Miss Winsy
A jack of all trades, Miss Winsy guides the educational research that shapes our innovative approach, curriculum and projects at Rocket. She joined Chelsea Pre-Prep right at the start in 2009 and now merges her expertise in child development with her passion for education, innovation, and design. Miss Winsy also oversees the ongoing professional development of our teaching staff and is always on hand to support the team around the child, including families and other professionals. She also leads the Rocket Labs alongside our Curriculum & Innovation Engineers where they extend Rocket's mission through action-research, global collaborations and taking part in talks, conferences or case studies. She also support our nonprofit arm, Rocket Earth. Miss Winsy completed her undergraduate teacher training in London and holds EYTS, SENCO accreditation as well as having completed postgraduate studies in Creativity Pedagogies, Neuroscience in Early Years and Counselling Skills for Working with Children.

Miss Alexia
Miss Alexia is the definition of someone who wears many hats and somehow makes every single one look effortless. In the midst of the daily whirlwind, she moves through the chaos with calm precision, keeping everything running smoothly while adding her own unmistakable flair. Her ability to juggle tasks, support the team, and still bring creativity and personality to Rocket is nothing short of impressive.

Mr Stuart
The creative force behind Rocket Productions, our ‘vision’ man and custodian of the Rocket Mission - to change education. With a grandfather who worked for NASA on the Apollo Missions this is to be expected! Stuart became the founder & Head of Chelsea Pre-Prep in 2009 after having taught in a range of Prep schools and countries, and was named UK’s ‘Top 5 Most Inspirational People in the Early Years sector’. Stuart has spent the past 15 years creating and designing a dynamic and forward-thinking offering to Early Years education in London and a vibrant community of like-minded parents. He oversees the Head Teachers in managing the overall operations at Rocket Productions, developing the Rocket creative universe behind the scenes and building our Rocket culture and ethos.
